The program accommodates players
from pee-wee to pro.
We offer 5 days per week, 3 days per week, personal training and boot
camps (boot camp sessions are 1 hour in length). The 5 day and 3 day
programs include: ice time (1x wk June, 2x wk July, 2-3x wk August),
specific nutrition programs, body composition, fitness testing,
tournament, 3-4 hours of training per day.
Full-time is 5 days per week
(Mon-Fri) - (Must be bought in 4 week cycle)
Part-time is 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) - (4 week cycle)
Off-season training runs mid May to end of August
In-season training runs Oct to March
With large training areas indoor and outdoor our program has always been second to none and to back that up we challenge any program by offering a one week trial; if you are not impressed its free! With baseline and program tracking we guarantee results.
Our program is designed to the group progression but also with attention to each player's specific needs (Not a pre-set program from someone else, there are far too many training variables for any accuracy.). How you train needs to be as important what you train at each players stage of development and age.
Our trainers are certified and highly qualified with extensive hockey, sports, and cross training experience.
The future of elite hockey levels will require year round training for players to excel. This program is designed to take a player from the post season and into pre-season conditioning. During try-out camps they will be prepared thoroughly on and off ice, mentally, physically, and nutritionally. We also offer in-season training usually to teams or small groups of players who play in the Calgary area. Player levels are between Pee-Wee to Pro in compatible groups of up to 15 players.
Programs need to be sport specific and broken down around a hockey seasons requirements including off season and in-season development and post season recovery training. All components must be included with proper technique, safety, and FUN!

I am also part of a new equipment company called X-Fitness Inc. which builds functional training equipment. We build equipment to increase quickness, acceleration, and other pieces for core stability and development that we have sold to the Canadian and Chinese Olympic teams, U.S. colleges, and high schools. We have some exclusive training tools that are functional, extremely effective and quite fun to perform while improving combinations of strength, power, stability, quickness, speed, and agility.
